The Bureau of Technical Inventory began measuring apartments for the formation of technical passports in the 3d and 4th sections of the first POETICA collection.

Two sections of the POETICA Park Collection introduced into operation

On January 2022, the third and fourth sections of the First Park Collection of the POETICA residential quarter were officially put into operation. It means that the object was connected to the local engineering communications that are necessary for the proper functioning as well as transfer of authority to the managing company and possibility for the residents to claim ownership.
The residential quarter is located at the very heart of Kiev - Shevchenkivskyi district.
