Resumption of construction works on the construction sites of the Poetica project

Dear customers, we would like to inform you that from March 13, 2023, we will resume construction work on all the developer's construction sites. We also open the doors of the ENSO Client Space, in which we are resuming all customer service services.
Currently, the preparatory documentary work on the transfer of ownership rights to the investors of the commissioned sections 3 and 4 of the First Collection of the Poetica residential quarter is underway.
First of all, the process of performing monolithic works will be resumed on the construction sites of the First, Second, and Third Poetica collections, Diadans and Fjord construction sites. The renewal will take place with a gradual increase in the types of construction works.
We expect investors to fulfill their contractual obligations under current contracts.
