• Work continues on the cladding of cold passages.
• The installation of window slopes and ebbs is in progress.

Works on the lower floors:

Roofing:

• Installation of decorative facade lighting is underway.
• Fencing is being installed.

Stained glass systems:

• Work is underway to install stained glass systems for the stylobate.
• Double-glazed windows and doors are being installed.

Engineering networks:

• Low-current systems are being installed.
• Work is underway to waterproof ventilation ducts.
• Internal and external engineering networks are being installed.

General house works:

• Screeds are being installed in cold passages.
• Work is underway to waterproof the basement of the stylobate.
• Railings are being installed along the staircases.
• The installation of reinforced concrete communication chambers continues.
