Facade works:

• Facade decoration works are in progress (the upper layer of the hinged ventilated facade and porcelain stoneware is being installed).
• Cold passages are being lined.

Works on the lower floors:

• Work on installing window slopes and ebbs is being carried out.

Roofing:

• Work on installing decorative lighting on the facade is continuing.

Stained glass systems:

• Installation of stained glass systems of the stylobate is in progress, glazing is being carried out.

Engineering networks:

• Installation of low-voltage systems and installation of external and internal engineering networks is continuing.

General building works:

• Work on installing a photovoltaic system on the basement part of the stylobate, along Moldavska Street, has been completed.
• Waterproofing of the basement part of the stylobate is being carried out.
• Work on installing reinforced concrete communication chambers is being carried out.
