Facade works:

• Facade finishing works continue.
• Installation of air conditioning baskets and lighting fixtures continues.
• Cold passages are being lined.

Works on the lower floors:

• Clinker bricks are being installed.
• Installation of window slopes and ebbs is in progress.

Roofing:

• Work is underway to install decorative lighting on the facades.

Stained glass systems:

• Installation of stained-glass windows on the stylobate and 1-2 floors is ongoing.

Engineering networks:

• Work continues on the installation of low-current systems.
• Works are underway to install internal utility networks.
• Works on the installation of external engineering networks are underway.

General house works:

• Waterproofing of the basement part of the stylobate is being arranged.
• The walls of the technical rooms are being masonry.
