Facade works:

• Facade finishing works are in progress.
• Installation of decorative lighting devices for the facade continues.
• Installation of air conditioning baskets is underway.
• Cold passages are also being lined.

Works on the lower floors:

• Clinker bricks are being installed on the facades.
• The installation of window slopes and ebbs is ongoing.

Roofing:

• Work continues on the installation of decorative lighting on the facades

Stained glass systems:

• Installation of the stained glass windows of the stylobate continues

Engineering networks:

• Installation of low-current systems is in progress.
• Internal and external engineering networks are being installed.

General house works:

• Waterproofing of the basement part of the stylobate continues. The walls of the technical rooms are being laid.
• Work is underway to install reinforced concrete communication chambers.
• Work on the installation of solar PV systems on the basement of the stylobate along Moldavska Street is almost complete.
