Facade works:

• Facade finishing works continue (the top layer of the hinged ventilated facade and porcelain tiles are being installed).
• The installation of air conditioning baskets and decorative facade lighting devices continues.
• Cladding of cold passages is in progress.

Works on the lower floors:

• Clinker bricks are being installed on the facades.
• Installation of window slopes and ebbs is in progress.

Roofing:

• Work is underway to install decorative lighting on the facades.

Stained glass systems:

• Work continues on the installation of stained glass windows in the stylobate.

Engineering networks:

• Work continues on the installation of low-current systems.
• Works are underway to install internal utility networks.
• Works on the installation of external engineering networks are underway.

General house works:

• Waterproofing of the basement part of the stylobate is being arranged.
• The walls of the technical rooms are being masonry.
• Work is nearing completion on the installation of solar panels on the basement of the stylobate along Moldavska Street.
