The project of the sales office of the POETICA residential area won first place in the special nomination "INTERIOR OF THE YEAR" of the All-Ukrainian yearly architectural competition.
Our building demonstrates the fundamentals of sustainable design, using recycled materials and providing modularity and mobility options. A green roof, which protects against overheating in summer, reduces CO2 levels and contributes to a natural environment. Geoscrews were chosen for the foundation, which are an ecological solution, because geoscrews carry minimal interference with the ecosystem. Consequently, the object adheres to the values, which our development company ENSO shared.
